Durante más de 8 años tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con Lean. Desde el primer día en Avature fue una de las personas que estuvo ahí para ayudarme y enseñarme, por mas que no fuera mi mentor directo. Él me enseño un muchísimo sobre javascript a bajo nivel cuando ingresé, siempre con paciencia, claridad y criterio técnico, marcó una diferencia enorme en mi on boarding. Tiene un dominio muy sólido de JavaScript, sus librerías y ecosistema, y una capacidad poco común para diseñar y construir frameworks desde cero. Participó en múltiples desarrollos con alta incertidumbre, donde muchas de sus decisiones técnicas terminaron impactando en toda la empresa. En esos contextos, demostró criterio, visión de largo plazo y una notable capacidad para equilibrar urgencia con calidad. Algo que siempre destaqué de Lean es su predisposición constante a compartir conocimiento y a escuchar a otros. No solo explica bien y con paciencia, sino que además incorpora puntos de vista distintos para mejorar sus propias ideas. Leandro is a Javascript pioneer and architect, which is super important in the vibe-coding era, as you need true experts that know what happens at a low level. He knows everything about the web stack and helped me become a better developer in my Avature days under his tuition. He was using techniques that later became a signature of libraries like React before they even existed. A super smart guy and a pleasure to work with.

I had the pleasure to work with Lean when I joined Avature, as Engineering Manager. First of all I have to say he was an excellent work colleague, helping me to get up to speed with my onboarding with the modules we owned as a team. He had a vast experience, and he was the architect and main author of the code base we released to production of the strategic portal builder feature. He was the most senior developer I had in the team and I had a very positive experience with Lean both from the professional and personal point of view. Do you know Avature? Its THE leader in HR/ATS/CRM in the world. Have you seen its web interface? Its different to everything I know. Its responsive. Its simple. Its powerful. Its a framework developed in-house almost TWENTY years ago. Why in-house? Again: twenty years ago. Its perfectly connected to the backend. It receives messages from it to update every browser upon backend actions. It included a framework of testing and unit testing (now they aldded industry tools but the core is still greatly leveraged). Who created all of this? Leandro. The most knowledgeable person I know about the web environment and the wild Javascript jungle. Hire him and you will have your web system resolved for sure.
